Tracy V. McMillan, CPA -- President & CEO  Tracy is the President and CEO of The McMillan Group, Inc. (TMG), a retained Diversity Executive Search and Retention Consulting firm focusing on the placement of People of Color and Women at the Director level and above and on Strategic Career Management Services. TMG was formed as a result of a spin-off from LaMonte Owens, Incorporated, a thirty-seven year old Diversity Executive Search firm - and a pioneer in the industry - where Tracy served as Senior Vice President. TMG is based in King of Prussia, PA and has affiliate locations in Chicago, IL and Cincinnati, OH. TMG conducts searches across all functional areas and industries for its retained clients including The Vanguard Group, Abercrombie & Fitch, Rohm & Haas, Goldman Sachs, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Federated Department Stores, GE Structured Finance (formerly GE Capital), Catholic Health East, LimitedBrands, CIGNA Corporation and Key Bank.He began his Executive Search career with Carrington & Carrington, Ltd. in Chicago, IL where he rose from the level of Senior Consultant to Managing Consultant in less than two years. Tracy commenced his professional career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Philadelphia where he spent seven years in the firm's Audit and Litigation/Bankruptcy Consulting Practices and thereafter worked in Corporate Finance for Kraft Foods in Glenview, IL. He is a past Chairman of the National INROADS Alumni Association (N.I.A.A.) Board of Directors and presently serves on the Alumni Executive Roundtable for the Chief Executive Officer of INROADS, Inc. He also serves as Vice Chair of the University Of Virginia Walter N. Ridley Scholarship Fund Board Of Directors. Tracy is a frequent speaker and seminar leader for numerous national professional organizations including the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), INROADS, Inc., the N.I.A.A., National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) and the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance & Accounting (ALPFA). Most recently, he has published a series of articles on Strategic Career Management for the National Black MBA Association. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Commerce from the University of Virginia as well as his CPA Certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. |
