Tracy is the President and CEO of The McMillan Group, Inc. (TMG), a retained Diversity Executive Recruitment and Retention Consulting firm focusing on the placement of People of Color and Women at the Director level and above, as well as Strategic Career Management and Strategic Candidate Agency Services. TMG is based in King of Prussia, PA and has an affiliate office in Fairfield, CT. TMG conducts searches across all functional areas and industries for its retained clients including:

Tracy began his executive search career with Carrington & Carrington, Ltd. in Chicago, IL where he rose from the level of Senior Consultant to Managing Consultant in less than two years. Throughout his search career, Tracy has conducted searches and placed candidates for clients in the financial services, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, public accounting, consulting, insurance, oil & gas, energy, consumer packaged goods and non-profit industry sectors.
Prior to joining Carrington & Carrington, Ltd., Tracy was employed with Kraft Foods in Corporate Finance for five years. He began his professional career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Philadelphia where he spent seven years in the firm’s Audit and Litigation and Bankruptcy Consulting Practices.
Tracy is the Chairman of Ridley @ The University of Virginia, the University’s Alumni Association’s scholarship and Black Alumni engagement organization. He is also serves as a member UVA’s prestigious Jefferson Scholarship Foundation National Selection Committee. In addition, he was a past President of the National INROADS Alumni Association (N.I.A.A.) Board of Directors and has served on the Alumni Executive Roundtable for the Chief Executive Officer of INROADS.
Tracy has been a frequent speaker and seminar leader for numerous global professional organizations including NBMBAA, NABA, INROADS, Inc., N.I.A.A. and the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance & Accounting (ALPFA). He is a graduate of The University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and holds his earned his CPA Certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Tracy is married to Sharon Ann M. (Samm) Miller – a Real Estate Private Equity Executive – and they reside along with their three daughters in Fairfield, CT.
